岗位职责：
1. 负责公司产品在海外区域的市场开拓，全面提升品牌在当地市场的知名度与市场份额。
2. 结合公司发展战略与市场情况，制定并执行有效的销售计划与策略。
3. 作为公司代表，主导海外客户来访接待、产品技术培训及商务翻译工作，建立并维护高水平客户关系，高效处理客户投诉与突发事件。
4. 积极参与行业国际展会、市场走访及客户拜访，收集竞品信息与市场趋势数据，撰写深度市场分析报告，为公司产品规划与市场策略制定提供支持。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销、工程类或相关专业优先考虑。
2. 具备2年以下国际贸易或海外市场销售经验，有建材、五金、家居或制造业背景者优先；拥有东欧和中亚市场资源者尤佳。也考虑有实习经验的优秀应届生。
3. 具备出色的市场开拓能力与商业敏锐度，能独立开发新客户并管理经销商渠道，拥有成熟的商务谈判技巧。
4. 英语听、说、读、写流利为必备条件，可作为工作语言开展商务谈判与技术交流。有海外留学经历优先考虑。
5. 具备极强的跨文化沟通能力、适应能力与抗压能力。能适应高频出差。积极主动、结果导向，拥有出色的独立解决问题能力与团队协作能力。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor'sdegreeorabove,majorininternationaltrade,marketing,engineeringorrelatedfieldsispreferred.
