【岗位职责】
1、制定并落地执行经营分析策略，借助BI工具输出数据洞察，为业务决策提供有力支撑。
2、带领团队开展数据挖掘与深度分析，发现潜在增长空间与流程优化方向，助力运营效能提升。
3、协同各业务部门，保障数据的准确性与时效性，确保业务发展获得高质量的数据服务。
4、搭建并持续优化报表体系，强化数据可视化呈现，提升信息传递效率与使用价值。
5、辅导团队成员提升专业能力，推动数据思维在企业内部的广泛实践与深入融合。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，统计学、信息管理、商业分析等相关专业背景。
2、具备5年以上BI或数据分析工作经验，有经营分析实践经验，拥有团队管理经历者优先考虑。
3、熟练掌握SQL、Python/R等数据处理语言，熟悉Tableau、PowerBI等主流BI工具。
4、英文沟通流利，可与海外团队顺畅协作。
5、具备卓越的领导才能，善于激发团队活力，推动创新并应对复杂挑战。

1、Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherinStatistics,InformationManagement,BusinessAnalytics,orarelateddiscipline.
2、Minimumof5years’experienceinBIordataanalysis,withhands-onexperienceinbusinessperformanceanalytics;teamleadershipexperienceispreferred.
3、StrongproficiencyinSQL,Python/R,andfamiliaritywithmainstreamBItoolsincludingTableauandPowerBI.
4、FluentinEnglish,capableofsmoothcollaborationwithoverseasteams.
