【岗位职责】
1、制定并执行经营分析策略，借助BI工具输出数据洞察，为业务决策提供有力支撑。
2、带领团队开展数据挖掘与分析工作，发现业务增长潜力及优化空间，提高运营效能。
3、协同各职能部门，保障数据的准确性与时效性，为业务拓展提供高质量的数据服务。
4、构建并持续优化报表体系，强化数据可视化呈现，提升业务信息的可读性与实用性。
5、指导团队成员提升数据分析能力，推动数据思维在企业内部的深入应用。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，统计学、信息管理、商业分析或相关专业背景。
2、具备5年以上BI或数据分析工作经验，有经营分析实践经历，拥有团队管理经验者更佳。
3、熟练掌握SQL、Python/R等数据处理语言，熟悉Tableau、PowerBI等主流BI工具。
4、具备流利的英语沟通能力，能与全球团队顺畅协作。
5、具有卓越的领导才能，善于激励团队，引领创新，应对复杂挑战。

1、Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherinStatistics,InformationManagement,BusinessAnalytics,orrelateddisciplines.
2、Minimumof5years’experienceinBIordataanalysis,withprovenbusinessanalyticsexpertise;teamleadershipexperienceispreferred.
3、StrongproficiencyinSQL,Python/R,andfamiliaritywithBIplatformssuchasTableauandPowerBI.
