工作职责:
【岗位职责Responsibilities】
一、行政事务/AdministrativeSupport
1.负责马来西亚分公司的行政事务管理,包括但不限于装修跟进、物业沟通、故障维修解决等,确保办公室的日常运作顺畅
ResponsibleforthemanagementofadministrativeaffairsfortheMalaysianbranch,includingbutnotlimitedtorenovationfollow-up,communicationwithpropertymanagement,andresolutionofmaintenanceandrepairissues,toensurethesmoothday-to-dayoperationoftheoffice.
2.负责行政采购、文件递送、资料整理等日常事务。
Handledailyadministrativetasksincludingprocurement,documentcourierservices,andrecordsmanagement.
3.临时支持会议场地布置、访客接待等行政任务。
Providetemporaryassistanceformeetingsetup,visitorreception,andotheradministrativetasks.
4.整理并提交费用票据,确保报销流程合规高效
Organizeandsubmitreceiptstoensuresmoothandcompliantreimbursementprocess.
二、驾驶服务/DrivingServices
1.负责吉隆坡市内及周边区域的货物配送工作,确保准时送达与客户满意。
ExecutetimelyandsafegoodsdeliverywithinKualaLumpurandsurroundingareas,ensuringcustomersatisfaction.
2.负责集团来访人员的接送任务;
Responsibleforthetransportationofcorporatevisitor,includingpickupanddrop-offservices.
任职资格:
1.基本要求:中学及以上学历毕业,年龄30~45岁,有理工科背景优先考虑。
Education:Education:SPMorequivalentqualificationandabove.
Age:30–50years(peroccupationalsafetystandards)
Technicalbackground(engineering/mathematics)preferred
2.熟练掌握英语、马来语、华语
LanguageProficiency:FluentinEnglish,Malay,andMandarin(written&spoken)
3.持D及以上驾照,3年以上实际驾驶经验,无重大事故记录。
PossessavalidClassD(orhigher)drivinglicensewithatleast3yearsofhands-ondrivingexperienceandnomajoraccidenthistory.
4.熟悉本地及周边路况,熟练使用Waze等导航软件。
Familiarwithlocalandsurroundingroutes;proficientinusingWazeorothernavigationapps.
5.服务意识强,形象端正,沟通得体;
Strongservicemindset,presentableappearance,andpolitecommunication.
6.为人可靠,责任心强,能适应弹性工作时间(含偶尔周末及早晚加班);
Reliableandresponsible,withflexibilitytoaccommodatescheduleadjustments(includingoccasionalweekends/eveningshifts).
7.基础办公软件操作能力(Word/Excel/OA审批系统)。
